We developed the event’s website and established its social media channels before embarking on a PR campaign comprising news releases, competitions, review tickets for media and blogger outreach.
Direct communication with schools and special interest groups was supported by a poster campaign and direct mail.
Facebook advertising, utilising video creative, targeted potential visitors within an hour drive of Lewes.
Over 7,000 people visited the 10-day event.
Widespread media coverage including pieces on BBC South East, The Brighton Argus, MumsNet and several blogs.
Financial targets were met and a second event is in development.
